We hope this message finds you well. Despite the significant damage caused by the recent Great East Japan Earthquake, we are pleased to inform you that our services remain unaffected at this time. Our email services and servers continue to operate normally, and all data is secure. Please rest assured.
However, we anticipate potential impacts due to the earthquake, particularly concerning PC shipments and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Additionally, due to the damage sustained by the Fukushima nuclear plant, there is an unavoidable shortage in power supply. Consequently, the power company is planning large-scale scheduled blackouts. If these blackouts are implemented, it will not only affect our servers but also the entire internet infrastructure, leading to a suspension of our ship email services. While the exact schedule and duration of these blackouts are still unknown, we will inform you as soon as details are confirmed. Currently, a blackout of approximately three hours is expected.
We understand that these disruptions may cause significant inconvenience, and we ask for your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
