For PCs arranged by our company and shipped after January 2021, the settings are as follows:
-Windows account passwords are set as a standard on the PCs we arrange.
-The screensaver function is turned ON, and it will be activated if the PC is left idle for 10 minutes.
-Re-entry of the password is required to use the PC again from the screensaver state.
-PCs in screensaver state display basic cybersecurity alerts in sequence.
We kindly ask our customers to check each PC on their vessels to ensure that the screensaver function is operating properly.
If upon checking, you feel that this function and/or password settings may not be running correctly,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will provide you with setup manuals for these settings.
